Bupa Home Healthcare required technical assistance at both 1st and 2nd line level. We contacted Bates IT to supply support staff at our head office

Bates IT acted swiftly and provided onsite technical resource within days. A formal agreement is now in place to provide Bupa Home Healthcare with support cover as and when required allowing resource flexibility.

Bates IT delivered an excellent service by providing reliable and dependable support services. Whilst working on site, Bates IT identified a number of opportunities to improve efficiency and have helped to put processes in place to realise these efficiencies.
